4. Order Tracking

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Sthiro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped.

6. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
