Sthiro offers 7-DAY RETURN POLICY

At STHIRO, we strive to provide high-quality fitness apparel that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or customized products are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at support@sthiro.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Approval: Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refund Exceptions:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
